Benno is Chris Bent, lead singer of Gold Coast covers band ROCKKS and music industry veteran.
Benno’s extensive experience, versatile vocal ability and huge repertoire combine to enable him to deliver an entertaining performance to satisfy a broad range of audience age groups.
While many singer/guitarists seem to get stuck in the 70’s & 80’s, Benno’s long career as a performer and record company executive has kept him in touch with the best music from each of the last four decades.
Kesh is Jules Keshan, drummer for ROCKKS and formerly a member of the award-winning Mason Rack Band.
Jules knows how to play just the right groove and intensity to make any song come to life all over again.
While Benno & Kesh has spent many hours rehearsing and playing together, Jules loves the spontaneity of following Benno when he plays and audience request “off the top of his head.”
Because Benno & Kesh aren’t locked into backing tracks and rigid arrangements,
they use their experience to read the audience and serve up a smorgasbord of great songs to suit that particular crowd at that venue on that night.
